Lawrence A. Kogan is Managing Attorney of The Kogan Law Group, P.C., a New York City–based multidisciplinary professional services firm specialized in addressing complex business challenges involving multiple jurisdictions and extant and emerging laws, regulations, treaties and industry standards. He is also President/Director of the Institute for Trade, Standards and Sustainable Development (ITSSD), a Princeton, NJ-USA-based nonprofit legal research, analytics and educational organization that actively participates as an ad hoc observer to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)’s Standing Committee on the Law of Patents (SCP).
